sausages are hand made by the butcher in the town.
Our prime steaks, pork and lamb are sourced from a local butcher and our duck and bacon are
supplied daily from a butcher in Exeter. We use free range chicken & eggs in our recipes.
We try to use in-season vegetables where possible and
we only use local suppliers for our fruit & vegetables.
Our main fish supplier delivers regularly direct from the
fish market at Plymouth, ensuring you get the freshest
fish as possible for your meal.
